You must ask family or a friend to pay your union fee's each month.Do not use your own bank and ryanair will not find out.Bank of Ireland are working with ryanair.....
Ryanairdontcare would like to ask all probationary ryanair cabin crew to join a union in which ever country you are based in...For example, if your based in germany then you need to join a union in germany ( http://www.dgb.de/ ) this will help you to be treated better by ryanair and if they terminate you, your union will support you.
Happy Flying
